OpSpot GTM

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These terms govern Cloud. The contracting party is Colton Harris, doing business as OpSpot; order-specific terms shown at signup or checkout also apply.

Bounded automation

Cloud may perform work only within configured permissions and limits. You remain responsible for claims, connected accounts, recipients, and external actions you authorize.

Billing and cancellation

Prices, billing intervals, and any trial are shown at checkout. You may cancel through available billing controls. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund paid amounts, except where required by law or stated at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cloud unlawfully, to harm others, evade provider rules, send unsolicited or deceptive communications, bypass boundaries, or gain unauthorized access.

Disputes

North Carolina law governs these terms. Email colton@opspot.ai and allow 30 days for informal resolution before filing a claim. Unresolved disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts serving New Hanover County, North Carolina; arbitration is not required.
