Information Cloud may process

Cloud may process account and workspace information, company configuration and evidence, approved connector references, billing and entitlement information, application activity, and support requests. Do not place credentials or unnecessary personal information in prompts, receipts, exports, analytics, or logs.

How information is used

OpSpot uses this information to provide and secure Cloud, operate approved work, administer subscriptions, respond to requests, investigate abuse or reliability issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Providers and choices

Cloud uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and durable data, OpenAI for hosted model execution, Stripe for billing, and Resend only when permissioned email is enabled. Authenticated company export and deletion controls are available. Email colton@opspot.ai from the account address for account-level data help.
